Prof. Bodmer is an Einstein BIH Visiting Fellow since 2016 and is working together with Prof. Rickert-Sperling (Charité Universitätsmedizin – Berlin) on the project “Congenital Heart Disease: expanding the developmental genetic network by utilizing the Drosophila heart to model patient genomic aberrations”. During the lecture he will talk about Drosophila to the rescue in the personalized medicine of congenital heart diseases.
